These factors include:

• Your general availability - how quickly you can answer any questions that we have for you
• How many words there are in your book - the more words there are, the longer it will take for us to typeset
• How long it takes for you to review the PDF proofs that we send through to you.
• What we already have scheduled in to our schedule

We can, however, complete the entire fast formatting process in as little as two days.
